Calvary Baptist Church has two immediate openings: Music Director and Organist/Accompanist.

The first opening is that of Music Director:

The Music Director will work in close cooperation with the Pastor, church musicians, and staff in planning for and leading worship services and special programs. The successful candidate in this role will be a person of faith who has experienced a call by God to minister to a congregation through music as well as to inspire others to share their musical gifts.
It is expected that the candidate be experienced in planning, teaching, and directing choirs of all ages in a diversity of music genres, including choral, hand bell, and instrumental music.

The second opening is that of Organist/Accompanist:

The Organist/Accompanist will work in close cooperation with the Pastor and Music Director. The person filling the Organist/Accompanist position must have a high level of organ proficiency and be comfortable playing preludes, postludes, hymns. They must also rehearse with the Choir and accompany during worship.
